Sale & Buyback/Return rates and policy

Okay, here's the story:

I'm a simple guy who owns and loves his RV who's looking for some fun and extra cash. I did this for Burning Man 2005 - 2017! The tradition continues!!! :) ** Note: THERE IS NO GUARANTEE. YOU ACCEPT THIS. I DO THIS TO HELP FELLOW BURNERS, NOT FOR PROFIT, IT'S A LOT FOR ME TO MAINTAIN, STORE, AND PREPARE EACH YEAR FOR YOU. THE DUE DILIGENCE IS ON YOU TO CHECK EVERYTHING OUT.

The RV is 28 feet long. It is an older model (1987) so don't expect something really shiny with the latest stuff. You are doing this 'as is'; it is your responsibility to inspect the vehicle and make sure it's to your liking.

As I am a private owner, I control all the rules and reserve the right to change anything at any time and to refuse service to anyone.

The engine is strong, and I regularly have it checked. I don't expect breakdown to occur. But, it is an older model and I don't want to be liable for ruining your trip in the event anything happens. You accept this. I will help fix unexpected problems that are not your fault, but am not obliged to do so. (You will not be refunded, this RV is taken AS-IS.) You must not drive abusively! If you want worry free please rent from somewhere else.

Remember:

Cash only.

$3500 for week of Burning Man.

You bring back with gas, water, and propane tank empty if you want.

You bring back with superficial dirt is okay. I will clean.

You bring back with permanent stains or stink or other damage, you will pay. (Add $500 to effectively act as a security deposit, which I will give back if no problems.)

$1000 nonrefundable deposit required in advance for Burning Man.

Occasionally two or more people want the RV at the same time. In that case, the first one to provide the nonrefundable deposit amount gets it.
